I highly recommend Cortina Tiles. They did an amazing job tiling most of our main floor. The outcome is beyond our expectations. They are highly skilled and professional. They showed up on the day scheduled months before and stayed on the job until it was completely done. The main reason we chose them was that they do the work themselves and not hire subcontractors like most tile shops. Overall excellent experience.

We are doing a renovation and were looking for a place to buy tiles. Went to a couple of different stores and ended up at Cortina Tiles. We ordered our floor tiles, went back for bathroom tiles and I will be back for kitchen backsplash tiles for sure. Love this place! I was really impressed with the entire team from Cortina Tile in West Springfield, MA. Everyone from the people at the showroom to the guys that came out to do the install, tile, and grout were professional and efficient. It’s not often a contractor does great quality work AND the price is fair. All of the guys that came out the home were super friendly and very tidy (no bumps to the walls or marks on the floors). If you need any tile work, I would highly recommend Cortina. Also, a great way to support a local family run business!

One of my children broke off the ceramic soap dish in our bathroom. Going to the store and speaking with the staff, they were exceptionally skilled at offering the solution, and what was needed. They took time to understand the problem and were genuinely interested in resolving the matter. It's a level of expertise and caring one rarely sees in these times.
